Refund policy

We have a  100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We are not fussy here, if you are not 100% happy with your Archy's, send us an email and we will provide a return label so that you can return the package free of charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will make a full refund of your order once we have received back the product.
